Changing the Grid Layout

The app tiles on the Inglenook screen can be displayed in either two or three columns. A wider grid means fewer, larger tiles — a narrower grid fits more apps in a smaller space.

Changing the number of columns

1. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Tap Display.
3. Under App grid, select 2 columns or 3 columns.

The home screen updates immediately.

Which layout is best?

• 2 columns — larger tiles, easier to tap, better for parents with reduced dexterity or vision difficulties
• 3 columns — fits more apps on screen without scrolling

The default is 3 columns, but many people find 2 columns easier to use. Try both and see what works best for your parent.
