Enabling High Contrast Mode

How to turn on high contrast mode in Inglenook — helpful for seniors and older adults with low vision or difficulty reading standard contrast.

High contrast mode adjusts the colours used across Inglenook to improve readability — particularly helpful for users with low vision or those who find standard contrast difficult.

Turning on high contrast mode

  1. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Tap Display.
  3. Under Appearance, toggle High contrast on.

The change takes effect immediately. Toggle it off the same way. High contrast mode works in both light and dark themes.
